For over a year now there has been a common question and discussion that keeps coming up in our lives. I have started to get a grip on the answer, but thought I would pose the question to you before I post our findings. I’m hoping your answers might help shine light on the answer for us and others.
So here’s the question: If God knows everything, then why should we pray?
Look forward to reading your answers/thoughts/oppinions

Prayer is something that is for us moreso than it is for God. We pray for protection, physically or spiritually. We pray for grace, or his divine help, to do the right thing when we are tempted. Prayer is the lifeline we have to our Father in Heaven, and one of the most powerful tools that God has blessed us with so we can know Him and our purposes here in this life.

He is the one who knows everything; we do not. And because we’re fallible beings, *we* need prayer.
